This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions of membership within the CALMER Circle, a group coaching and reflective community space delivered by Avant Consultancy Ltd., These coaching services to the Client, are provided in accordance with the CALMER Framework and the EMCC Global Code of Ethics.
The CALMER Circle is grounded in the CALMER Framework and is designed to provide a calm, focused, and supportive environment for founders and leaders to grow in a way that feels sustainable, reflective, and aligned, not rushed or overwhelming.
This partnership offers a structured rhythm of group coaching, reflection, and community connection. It is not therapy, counselling, legal advice, or financial advice, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for those services.
1.0 Definition
The CALMER Circle is a group coaching and reflective community experience.
It combines:
- Group coaching
- Reflective practice
- Peer connection and shared learning
The space is designed to support clarity, alignment, leadership, momentum, embedding learning, and reflection through the CALMER Framework.
This work is developmental and forward-focused. The Client remains responsible for their own decisions, actions, and implementation.
2.0 Responsibilities
Both parties acknowledge a shared responsibility to maintain a respectful, purposeful, and supportive space.
2.1 Responsibilities of the Coach
Avant Consultancy Ltd agrees to:
- Provide a calm, structured, and professionally facilitated group coaching environment
- Offer a space that is reflective, supportive, and appropriately challenging
- Deliver sessions and community support with care, integrity, and professional judgement
- Maintain appropriate boundaries within a group setting
- Act in alignment with relevant ethical standards, including the EMCC Global Code of Ethics
- Take reasonable steps to foster a safe and respectful group environment
2.2 Responsibilities of the Client
The Client agrees to:
- Engage with the CALMER Circle in a respectful, open, and considered way
- Take personal responsibility for their own reflections, decisions, and actions
- Contribute to maintaining a safe, non-judgemental group space
- Respect the confidentiality and experiences of other members
- Honour agreed boundaries around communication, conduct, and participation
- Avoid sharing sensitive personal or commercially confidential information that may create risk in a group setting
3.0 Aims of the Partnership
The CALMER Circle is designed to support:
- Clarity in focus, direction, and decision-making
- Alignment between values, leadership, and action
- Sustainable momentum and progress
- Reflection, learning, and integration over time
- Connection with other founders and leaders navigating similar challenges
The Client’s individual focus may evolve over time. The CALMER Circle provides a consistent container within which that growth can unfold.
4.0 Nature of Support
The CALMER Circle includes:
- Two (2) live group coaching sessions per month:
- Set Session (start of month, approx. 90 minutes)
- Settle Session (mid-month, approx. 60 minutes)
- Access to a private Telegram community, including:
- Weekly prompts and reflections
- Voice notes and guidance from Georgie
- Peer interaction and shared reflection
- Monthly reflection prompts and light resources to support integration
Sessions are delivered via Zoom. Community interaction takes place via Telegram only.
Support is provided within the scope of a group coaching environment and does not include individual coaching, consultancy, or email support unless otherwise agreed separately.
Session recordings may be provided. Availability of recordings is not guaranteed and may vary.
5.0 Booking, Rescheduling, and Cancellation
CALMER Circle operates as a membership model, rather than individually booked sessions.
- Group session dates are scheduled in advance and shared with members
- Sessions cannot be rescheduled on an individual basis
- If the Client is unable to attend a session, it will be considered missed
- No refunds or credits are provided for missed sessions
6.0 Fees and Payment Terms
Payment Terms:
- Payment is taken monthly in advance
- Membership continues on a rolling basis until cancelled
- A minimum of 30 days’ written notice is required to cancel membership
For Clients based outside the UK, services may be treated as outside the scope of UK VAT. Where applicable, invoices will include the reverse charge statement in line with UK VAT regulations.
Failure to make payment may result in suspension or removal of access to the CALMER Circle.
7.0 Confidentiality
All personal reflections and discussions shared within the CALMER Circle are treated with respect and care.
However, due to the nature of a group environment:
- Confidentiality cannot be absolutely guaranteed
- All participants are expected to maintain the confidentiality of others
The Client agrees to:
- Treat all information shared within the CALMER Circle as confidential
- Not record, share, or reproduce any session content or community discussions
- Respect the privacy and experiences of other members
The Coach may disclose information where there is a legal, ethical, or safeguarding obligation, including concerns relating to safety or wellbeing.
8.0 Code of Ethics
Avant Consultancy Ltd operates in alignment with the EMCC Global Code of Ethics for coaching and mentoring practice.
The CALMER Circle is delivered as a professional coaching and reflective space, with an emphasis on integrity, responsibility, and respect.
9.0 Data Protection, GDPR and Marketing Consent
Both parties acknowledge their obligations under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Avant Consultancy Ltd will:
- Collect and process personal data only for the purposes of delivering services
- Store all data securely and confidentially
- Not share personal data with third parties without consent, unless required by law
The Client has the right to access, amend, or request deletion of their data at any time.
Agreement to this contract automatically assumes consent to a Data Protection and Marketing Consent Agreement.
10.0 Community Boundaries and Participation
To protect the integrity of the CALMER Circle:
- The Coach reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour compromises the safety, respect, or purpose of the group
- Participation is expected to be professional, respectful, and non-disruptive
- The CALMER Circleis a reflective space, not a platform for promotion, selling, or solicitation
11.0 Founding Member Terms
If the Client is joining as a Founding Member at a reduced monthly rate
- This rate will be honoured for as long as the Client maintains continuous membership
- If membership is cancelled, rejoining may be at a different rate
12.0 Limitation of Liability
Avant Consultancy Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from participation in the CALMER Circle.
Total liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Client under this Agreement.
13.0 Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising in connection with this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
